Controlled rate freezing before long term storage maximizes viability for a wide variety
of cell. Programmed, uniform cooling rates are effective for a variety if freezing application.
A major reason to use controlled rate freezing equipments is that the temprature compensation
provided during controlled rate preservation for release of the latent heat result in improved
post cryopreservation cell viability.
- Mainfold located in fan plenum, LN2 is not sprayed directly on parts.
- Low pressure supply (20psi) is controlled by cryogenic solenoid.
- Low pressure supply provides most efficient use of liquid nitrogen.
- Customer supplied liquid nitrogen vaporized through stainless steel spray manifold and nozzles.
