Repairing of Liquid Nitrogen Containers and Tanks

We Spectra Cryogenic Systems Pvt. Ltd. have state of art repairing and maintenance center of liquid nitrogen containers and other cryogenic equipments. All the liquid nitrogen containers are designed with super insulation technology, in which energy losses are controlled by mainly convection and radiation therefore, to achieve the high level of quality in insulation; the interspaces of containers should be activated for desired technical requirements.
 

We Provide following Jobs at the time of repairing:

  • Testing of Liquid Nitrogen containers for the cause of failure.
  • Rectifying the failure cause.
  • Demilitarizing the complete interspaces of the containers.
  • Degassing the interspaces.
  • Vacuum the interspaces up to one microbar.
  • Conduct the vacuum hold test for 48 hrs. at ambient condition.
  • Conduct the vacuum hold test at cryogenic condition.

     
Performance Guarantee of repaired containers:

To guarantee the standing credit of product quality, within one year from the product’s departure from Kota. In case of mishandling or accident the guarantee shall not be stand.
 

Repairing Time:

Total repairing time of liquid nitrogen containers shall be two-three weeks from the date of material received at our works.

Limits of Container Repairing:

We at Spectra Cryogenic Systems Pvt. Ltd recommend that you discuss your repairing requirement with one of our specialists. It is indicated that the containers with the inner neck tube is crushed, the surface of inner vessel is damaged or any major physical damage problems will not be reparable.

We market frozen semen to farmers. dairy workers, AI Workers, at thier door steps. We offer a wide range of choice for bull semen of exotic, crossbred and indigenous cattle and buffalo breeds to dairy farmers and institutional customers. Progeny tested FSDs of some breeds are also offered. The product mix includes:
